The distance distributions P 0 (S) between two nucleotides in human chromosomes 21 and 22 are also discussed.

The normalized number of repeats N 0 (l) can be described by a power law: N 0 (l) ∼ l -μ. pair, and there maybe exist functional differences. In some particular regions, there are some obvious changes in the percentage of ξΠ= A, C, G, T) pair in those moving windows.

In order to explore the interior statistical properties of human chromosomes 21 and 22 in detail, we divide the chromosome sequence into some moving windows and we discuss the percentage of ξΠWe find the n-tuple Zipf plot shows a power-law behavior for r n-1 and a rapid decrease for r > 4 n-1. Frequency of appearance of n-tuple f(r) as a function of rank r is also examined. The percentage of four nucleotides in the rarest ten and the most common ten n-tuples are also considered in human chromosomes 21 and 22, and different behaviors are found in the percentage of four nucleotides. With the n-tuples become more and more frequent, the double GC or CG pattern becomes a single GC or CG pattern. It is found that the most common n-tuples are those which consist only of adenine (A) and thymine (T), and the rarest n-tuples are those in which GC or CG pattern appears twice. The n-tuple Zipf analysis with n = 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 is used in our investigation. In this paper the statistical properties of nucleotides in human chromosomes 21 and 22 are investigated. The proof involves singular integrals of mixed homogeneity. For commuting n-tuples of hermitian operators, the modulus of quasicentral approximation remains essentially the same when Cn- is replaced by a hybrid n-tuple Cp1,…-, …, Cpn-, p1-1 + ⋯ + pn-1 = 1. We begin extending to this setting the machinery we developed for normed ideal perturbations based on the modulus of quasicentral approximation and an adaptation of our non-commutative generalization of the Weyl-von Neumann theorem. In hybrid normed ideal perturbations of n-tuples of operators, the normed ideal is allowed to vary with the component operators. The broadband phase mixing in the four-channel case is expected to yield advanced transmission and absorption regimes.Hybrid normed ideal perturbations of n-tuples of operators I The previously described phase transition from hcp ($$-broken phases for eigenvalues is theoretically demonstrated in heterostructures with four channels obtained by combining a one-dimensional loss/gain bilayer and one or two thin polarization-converting components (PCCs). The measured data allows us to determine the P-V-T equation of state of hafnium. We measured the volume of hafnium at several pressures up to 67 GPa and at temperatures between 300 to 780 K using a resistively heated diamond anvil cell with synchrotron x-ray diffraction at the Advanced Photon Source.
